Jason Roque CFP®, APMA® and AWMA®
Jason (Jay) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning. He has been in the industry since January 2001 and has been completing financial plans for clients since 2006. He became a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) in 2016, an APMA® (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠) in 2019, and an AWMA ® (Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠) in 2020. Planning for the future and asset management are the cornerstones of his practice. He enjoys providing comprehensive plans for clients, and helping them meet all their financial goals.
Jay, his wife, and two daughters live locally in Palmer Lake.
Brandon Ridenour, CFP® and CRPC®
Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has been in the financial services industry since November 2013 and has been advising and building financial plans for clients since 2022. Brandon’s professional focus is to help clients align their finances with the things that are most important in their lives.
Brandon and his wife, Laura, have three children, love youth sports, and spending time in the Colorado outdoors.
Kerry J. Hilsabeck, CFP®
Kerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has been in the financial services industry since June 2011 and has been advising and building financial plans for clients since 2017. Kerry obtained his CFP® certification in 2020. He brings a high level of professionalism in building sound financial plans for the clients he serves and enjoys helping them work to achieve their goals.
Kerry and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Sterling and Ethan.
Kerry is the owner of Elevated Financial Planning in Monument, CO and is a content contributor to our Financial Action, Inc. family.
Meredeth Iversen
Meredeth is our Client Operations Specialist and Supervision Analyst. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and holds a Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam License. She brings attentive customer service along with her 20 years of banking experience. She enjoys quiet activities like reading, embroidery, and hiking!
Sophia Frank
Sophia was an Account Executive in the incentive marketing industry at Coach Corporate Offices in New York City and specialized in working with clients to help develop award programs for their employees and customers. She also has experience as an accounts payable coordinator for a recruitment agency. Sophia and her husband moved to Colorado from New Jersey in 2007 and they enjoy supporting their kid’s sports teams, outdoor activities, and volunteering to help foster rescue dogs.
Jill Massey
Jill joined FFS from a background in commercial property management, bringing relevant experience in client relationships, office management, and budget planning. She excels in operational efficiency and client experiences. A proud third-generation Colorado native, Jill, her husband and two sons love spending time in the mountains and can frequently be found at Colorado Avalanche games. When she’s not at work, Jill is actively keeping up with the fast-paced life of a youth sports mom.
Ashley Walker
Ashley joins our team as a Client Operations Specialist! She has been a small business owner and operator for over a decade. We appreciate her attention to detail, and she looks forward to working with you! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Luke, and two teenagers, Lynleigh and Wyatt.
Jennifer Paz
Jennifer is currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to Kerry Hilsabeck. She has a diverse background that spans executive assistance, marketing, and education. Her strong skills in organizational management and communication were developed through her work in the insurance salvage industry. Before joining the FAi team, Jennifer was a homeschool educator, where she honed her problem-solving and communication abilities. She excels in fast-paced environments and balancing multiple responsibilities. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
