Please welcome, Sophia Frank and Veronica Gearhart, to our administrative family! We are excited to have them join our team! Here is a little about each of them!

Sophia Frank is our FFS Administrative Assistant.  She is our scheduling captain, manages appointments for Jay and Kerry, runs the day to day operations in the office, and looks forward to meeting you!

Additionally, Sophia most recently joins us from Coach Corporate Offices in New York City where she was an Account Executive in the incentive marketing industry. She specialized on working with business clients to help develop award programs for their employees and customers.  She moved to Colorado from New Jersey in 2007 and enjoys supporting her kid’s sports teams, outdoor activities, and volunteering to help foster rescue dogs.

Veronica Gearhart joined Kerry Hilsabeck’s team as his Administrative Assistant and works behind the scenes to keep his office running smoothly. Here is a little more about her…

Veronica is from Rodeo, California and has lived in Colorado Springs since 2016. She attended Otago University in New Zealand, where she earned her Bachelor of Theology. After 7 years of working in women’s ministry and with youth and young adults at a small church, she became a Publications and Enrollment Administrator at the South Pacific Bible College. She most recently joins us from what she describes as “the best job of all” as a stay at home mother of three. She enjoys dabbling in photography, playing card games, watching Tomb Raider movies, and Thai food!
