As I write Market Thoughts this week, we should take a look at the leading indicators from last week. Unemployment continues to headline market activity, but hopefully, as some states move slightly away from the shelter in place strategy, the markets will start to see even more diminished numbers in this category as initial jobless claims were 588,000 less claims than reported a week ago and 1,406,000 from two weeks ago.
